Vegan queen Chloe Coscarelli opens her eponymously named vegan joint to please the more health conscious foodies. Hearty, nurishing meals that are locally sourced and intent on a minimal carbon footprint. Fear not oh you meat eaters, while steadfastly vegan, the food is playful, hearty and delicious.

Coscarelli partnered with cCreative Director Samantha Wasser of eSquared Hospitality, to create a welcoming, convivial and playful interior that feels as fresh as the food.
