It's a long trip from Cuba to Korea, but the owners of Boka simplified the travel arrangements by taking over the defunct Cafe Fuego and turning it into a hip, celebrity-friendly small plate establishment that's already become well-known for its tasty kimchi rice balls, fried chicken, and an extensive menu of spicy Korean classics.
