In this enticing trattoria designed by ICRAVE, modernism meets retro glamour. The restaurant, featuring traditional Italian cuisine with a modern translation, exudes a distinctive atmosphere of chic Italy, complete with classic Italian films displayed on flat screen televisions. Developed by Chef Mark Ladner, the menu highlights rustic Italian flavors and features locally grown products. Think fresh fruit or frittata for breakfast; antipasti of fresh vegetables, perhaps eggplant or Tuscan ceci; wonderful cold sliced meats from bresaola to house-made sausage; cold seafood dishes; mixed salads; ciabatta bread with various toppings from broccoli rabe to salami; fresh pasta such as orecchiette, nudi or gnocchi with innovative sauces; stuffed ravioli or agnolotti or tortelli; and more than a dozen hot entrees from creative fish dishes to osso buco and lamb chops.
