Daniel Hillard IS a struggling, out-of-work actor WHO will do anything for his kids. After losing his kids in a messy divorce, he takes on the persona of Scottish nanny, Euphegenia Doubtfire, in a wacky scheme to remain in their lives. As his new identity begins to take on a life of its own, Daniel begins to learn ways to be a better father.
